The
Golden White Cloud is a striking color variation of the White Cloud Mountain Minnow. This variety displays a beautiful gold body with red markings toward the tail and on each side of the head. The Golden White Cloud is a peaceful schooling fish that adds color and energy to any freshwater community aquarium.
This hardy species is easy to care for and fairly tolerant of less-than-perfect water conditions, making it an excellent choice for beginning aquarists and children. It's important to keep this species in an aquarium with non-aggressive fish similar in size. The male Golden White Cloud is generally more brightly colored and slightly smaller than his female counterpart. When kept in schools, this species tends to display brighter coloration.
