To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct to your door using our
SigNature® Shipping System.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and Federal Express tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.
All live species orders will include a printed version of our detailed
Acclimation Guide. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide carefully to ensure the good health of your new arrivals.

The rates you see in the charts below are what you pay. . . there are no extra "Packing Charges," "Box Charges," "Heat/Cool Pack Fees," or "Preparation Fees." If you are comparing shipping fees between us and others, be sure to ask about their "additional fees," and then add them up.

- For the well-being of your aquatic life, we strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent your new inhabitants from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.
- Read our "Acclimation Guide" now so you can have everything ready the day your new aquatic life arrives.
- Review our "Compatibility Charts" to ensure your new arrival is welcome in its designated aquarium.
- Greet your new arrival with a healthy aquarium by performing a water change, checking filter media, and examining the general condition of current inhabitants.

Returns
The shipping container you receive will include a packing slip which contains the size and quantity of aquatic life that has been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us by phone at (800-334-3699) or e-mail
(CustomerService@LiveAquaria.com). This is not an invoice and does not contain pricing and billing info.
Because of the complex packaging procedures for all aquatic life and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all specimens we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.
In the event you wish to redeem your Arrive Alive, Stay Alive® Guarantee on Diver's Den® orders, you may be contacted by our Customer Service Department with instructions requesting receipt of water samples or expired aquaria.
